opportunity to borrow a Chromebook from the school.\u00a0 <strong>Before students can check out a Chromebook, a parent\/guardian MUST sign the Device Checkout Agreement Form.\u00a0<\/strong> This form can be found in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and can be signed electronically.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Students whose parents do not sign the form are <strong>opting out<\/strong> of receiving a HCSD device.\u00a0 By not signing this form, parents are agreeing to provide a device with similar functionality to the issued student device for school and home use.\u00a0 Please note that HCSD and Davis Middle School cannot provide any technical support for non-HCSD devices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>An Infinite Campus Parent Portal account is required to sign this document.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you already have a Parent Portal account, you can access the form via the Campus Parent app on your mobile device or by logging into the Parent Portal on a computer.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><a
